Job Title: Process Technician Leader

TASC Outsourcing is looking for an experienced Process Technician Leader to lead our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage process operations across plant sites, ensuring efficient production and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing process performance, reducing downtime, and improving overall efficiency.
  • Supervise and train junior technicians on equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, departmental guidelines, and HSE standards.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Assist in planning and executing maintenance activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and propose solutions to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process operations, with a focus on leadership and supervisory roles.
  • Proven track record of improving process efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing quality.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and technologies.
