Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting nurses and medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist nurses and medical staff with daily patient care activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.

  • Record and report vital signs and any changes in patient condition.

  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by maintaining a tidy ward and adhering to infection control protocols.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and follow established care protocols.

  • Uphold the highest standards of patient care and dignity at all times.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a nursing or patient care role.

  • Relevant qualifications such as an ANM degree or equivalent.

  • Positive Dataflow reports are mandatory.
