Job Title: Growth Manager

The company is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our direct & indirect sales channels in Oman and drive the expansion of our mobile wallet services.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and executing strategies to acquire new customers and enhance the distribution of mobile wallet services. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on acquiring new customers and distributing mobile wallet services through various physical channels.
  • Identify target markets and customer segments to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets aligned with overall company objectives.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with significant experience in Oman market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
