Recruitment Strategist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to lead our recruitment strategy and activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and a strong understanding of the talent market.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing our recruitment strategy, communicating with manpower agencies, drafting recruitment policies, and working with IT to develop and maintain an E-Recruitment system.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business needs
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including manpower agencies, contractors, and hiring managers
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers
• Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interviewing
• Provide support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activity

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Behavioral Science/Psychology
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of E-Recruitment systems and their implementation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
