Job Title: Head of Finance

About the Job:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to lead our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and analyze cash flows to ensure effective financial management.
  3. Audit Liaison: Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
  4. Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
  5. Budgeting: Create and manage budgets, including historical data analysis.
  6. Debt Management: Administer loan agreements and collect payments from customers.
  7. Financial Strategy: Develop financial strategies to minimize risk and optimize investment opportunities.
  8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws, tax provisions, and industry regulations.
  9. Reporting and Analysis: Provide financial reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
  10. Cost Savings: Identify opportunities for cost reductions across the business.
  11. Leadership: Mentor and manage accounting and finance staff.
  12. Payroll: Handle payroll processing and labor tax compliance.
  13. External Reporting: Prepare company tax and financial statements, including public filings.
  14. Banking: Establish and manage banking relationships.
  15. Stakeholder Management: Advise managers on operational activities based on knowledge of the underlying business.

Salary Range: 600 OMR - 700 OMR
