Job Title: Senior Masterplanner

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead our masterplanning team in Muscat.

About the Role:
  • Develop high-quality urban design strategies, public realm frameworks, and detailed masterplans.
  • Conduct thorough site analysis, feasibility studies, and concept development.
  • Familiar with building area (BUA), gross floor area (GFA), plot ratio, and parking calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Produce clear and compelling visual presentations, diagrams, and design reports.
  2. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, landscape architects, and engineers.
  3. Participate in design workshops, client meetings, and stakeholder presentations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in urban planning and design.
  • Familiar with Omani and GCC planning regulations and zoning codes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Twinmotion.
  • Excellent design, communication, and visualization skills.
