
Tech Customer Advocate

This position focuses on providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring they achieve their objectives with our products.
About the Job- This is an entry-level role within the Customer Success team.
- The primary focus will be on the Tech segment, including store customers, with a portfolio assigned for management.
In this role, you will be responsible for finding solutions to ticket requests, enriching documentation, driving campaigns, identifying high-potential and high-risk customers, onboarding new customers, collaborating with Sales and Support, and engaging with your portfolio of customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Customer-facing experience
- An empathetic individual with a natural drive to help others
- Passion for technology, infrastructure, and Ubuntu
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills
- A team player capable of interacting with all departments internally
Additional skills that are highly valued include proficiency in various languages, such as Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian.
