Job Title

A project leader is required to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.

Job Description
  • Project Planning:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of the technical team during pre and post contract phases. This includes liaising with external consultants, contractors, hotel operators, and government agencies to ensure a smooth operation of the project.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities to create and execute project work plans and revise as necessary.
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of the technical team to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Liaise with authorities and government agencies to obtain statutory approvals and building permits.
  • Manage day-to-day technical and operational aspects of the project and scope.
  • Review deliverables prepared by the team and consultants before passing to clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies, including PMBOK.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Business Communication:

Effective communication skills are crucial for this role, including written and verbal communication.

Understanding of Project Mgt. Process & PMBOK:

The successful candidate should have a thorough understanding of project management processes and methodologies, including PMBOK.

Risk Management:

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks.
