Job Description:

As a seasoned Project Manager/Business Analyst, you will oversee multiple IT projects, collaborating with clients, stakeholders, senior executives, project teams, and subject matter experts to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Your expertise in eliciting, analyzing, validating, verifying, and facilitating testing of business process solutions is essential for success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve shared objectives
  • Coordinating and managing projects from inception through post-production support
  • Facilitating communication between business units, technology teams, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Developing and implementing requirements specifications using standard templates and tools
  • Decomposing complex business needs into structured requirements, use cases, user stories/scenarios, business rules, and functional/non-functional requirements
  • Leading requirements elicitation, analysis, and verification to ensure requirement statements are clear, concise, and traceable
  • Representing requirements using various views, including analysis models, prototypes, scenarios, wireframes, as needed
  • Participating in requirements prioritization and solution risk analysis
  • Facilitating user acceptance testing and drafting UAT test plans
  • Contributing to testing and quality assurance processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in IT technical fields or project management/business analysis
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Executive-level interpersonal relationship building, collaboration, and facilitation skills
  • Solid understanding and application of project management methodologies, techniques, and tools
  • A solid grasp of software development life cycles (e.g., SDLC, Agile)
  • Essential skills in data mapping and analysis, gap analysis, and system analysis
  • Strong personal time management skills and ability to meet individual and team deadlines
  • BS/BA degree required; PMP and CBAP certifications preferred
  • Experience working with data warehouses or databases and integrations is a plus
