**Job Summary:**

This role is a key leadership position responsible for managing the performance of outsourcing partners. The successful candidate will be accountable for developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery, manage vendor relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and vendor relationships.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in service delivery, project management, and data analysis.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.
