Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining open communication with project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think critically.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and resources
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project execution
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6 and SAP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
