Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled General Trade Sales Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in General Trade sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth and leading teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive sales growth and market share
  • Lead the development and implementation of route-to-market plans for impulse, wholesale, and new channels
  • Collaborate with regional managers to optimize plans and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to capture new business and improve market share

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in General Trade sales, preferably in an FMCG MNC environment
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and leading teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
