Zippy Talent Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead its IT Infrastructure Business in Muscat, Oman.
About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to drive new business development, oversee P&L management, and expand our presence in the IT infrastructure space.
Main Responsibilities- Lead new business development initiatives targeting key sectors such as banking, government, Oil & Gas, energy, and enterprise.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to capture new opportunities in IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, data centers, and networking solutions.
- Manage the overall P&L for the IT Infrastructure Division, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded while maintaining cost controls and operational efficiency.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality execution of IT infrastructure solutions for clients.
- Optimize team performance through leadership, coaching, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Proven track record in business development and implementation of large IT Infra projects.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and profitability.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions such as cloud computing, data centers, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
