Senior Manager of Healthcare Solutions

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Healthcare Solutions division as a Senior Manager. This key role will oversee the development and execution of business strategies, drive sales growth, and foster strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in healthcare IT solutions, medical devices, and hospital management systems. They should have a proven track record of managing P&L, operations, sales, and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Spearhead business development initiatives, drive operational efficiency, enhance sales performance, and expand market presence.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote healthcare solutions and medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Healthcare Solutions Division, implementing operational KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Tech Collaboration: Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful delivery of healthcare solutions, including software, IoT devices, and system integrations.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of healthcare projects, ensuring they meet quality and performance benchmarks.
  • Growth Strategy: Contribute to the overall strategy and growth plan of the organization's healthcare division.
  • Business Insights: Analyze business performance data and market insights to inform long-term planning and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Credentials: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Medical Informatics, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare solutions, IT services, or related sectors, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of managing P&L, operations, sales, and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of healthcare IT solutions, hospital management systems, telemedicine, or similar technology.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with business development experience and complex negotiation abilities.
