We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our Commercial team. As a key player, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the technical/project team and the Manager to resolve any technical or commercial queries related to orders.
  • Manage the booking of metals at the London Metal Exchange, ensuring seamless execution of sales orders.
  • Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure timely payments and deliveries.
  • Support the Customer Support Service department in preparing sales orders and related documentation.
  • Evaluate customer compliance with payment terms and ensure prompt resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Oversee the efficient transfer of goods and after-sales services, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize activities such as customer prospecting calls, appointments, care visits, follow-ups, training, demonstrations, and internal meetings.
  • Negotiate sales quotations and convert customer inquiries into sales orders.
