Job Title: Business Mobile Product Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the lifecycle management of our Mobile Voice and Data product portfolio for business customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage cross-functional projects related to these products and services, ensuring timely, within-budget launches that meet specifications.

  • Analyze market insights and conduct new market research to position and design a highly competitive product portfolio.
  • Develop, maintain, and control detailed specifications for products and services, ensuring that business rules, activation forms, welcome packs, price and product sheets, FAQs, etc., are up to date.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to generate design documents and processes.
  • Coordinate product implementation between network, IT, Customer Service, and suppliers.
  • Conduct sales and customer service training (train the trainer).
  • Provide input for user guides and interfaces.
  • Conduct UAT to ensure deployment of all user requirements.

You will also be responsible for managing the go-to-market process, monitoring product performance, and proactively managing the product lifecycle.

Key qualities include customer orientation, analytical skills, flexibility, teamwork, structured task management, attention to detail, good communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in MS Office.
