We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a CMIMS and Spare Parts Manager. This role will oversee the development, implementation, and operational readiness of our CMIMS and spare parts strategy.

This position is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance and inspection activities are accurately represented in the CMIMS and that spare parts are effectively managed to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

The job holder will work closely with our Maintenance & Inspection team and report directly to the Maintenance and Inspection Manager. This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and availability of maintenance data and spare parts inventory in SAP to support efficient and effective maintenance operations throughout the project and operational phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with site personnel, office teams, external contractors/vendors, and engineering teams.
  • Lead the setup and configuration of the CMIMS, ensuring alignment with project and corporate standards.
  • Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to collect and validate technical data for CMIMS loading, including equipment hierarchy, maintenance plans, and spare parts BOMs.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Ensure successful data migration and system testing before commissioning.
  • Maintain and update the CMIMS database regularly.
  • Develop technical scopes of work and assist in preparing tenders for maintenance contracts required for operational phases.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience with SAP PM and MM modules.
  • Experience in operational maintenance within LNG or Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Project and SAP architecture experience is a plus, including spare parts cataloguing, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
