Technical Documentation Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee the accuracy, consistency, and timely update of technical data and documentation within our CMIMS and Electronic Document Management System.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the digital integrity of maintenance records, spare parts tracking, and technical documentation throughout both project and operational phases of the facility.

This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations and efficient decision-making across our organization.

  • Experience in Operational Maintenance Execution and Development within an LNG or Oil and Gas context.
  • Working with CMIMS platforms for asset and maintenance data entry, updates, and reporting.
  • Handling technical documentation, vendor manuals, and maintenance records.
  • Experience in similar position (years): +5 years' experience in technical documentation support role and working with SAP. Experience in spare parts cataloguing, inventory control, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:
