Our client, a global leader in the energy sector, is seeking an experienced professional to manage their CMIMS and spare parts strategy.

This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee the development, implementation, and operational readiness of the Computerized Maintenance & Inspection Management System (CMIMS) and spare parts inventory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate representation of maintenance and inspection activities within the CMIMS, effective management of spare parts, and maintaining data integrity and availability in SAP to support efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with site personnel, office operations/technical teams, external contractors/vendors, and engineering teams.
  • Lead the setup and configuration of the CMIMS, ensuring alignment with project and corporate standards.
  • Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to collect and validate technical data for CMIMS loading.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years' experience in operational maintenance execution and development within an LNG or Oil and Gas context.
  • Experience in administration and optimization of SAP PM and MM modules.
  • Spare parts cataloguing, inventory control, and warehouse operations experience is desirable.
