The Business Process Management Manager will lead the transformation of various businesses by analyzing their future system requirements, identifying suitable technological solutions, and designing new systems to migrate from legacy systems.

Key responsibilities include providing technical specification documents to the IT Development team for the creation of innovative IT solutions, offering regular guidance, direction, and expertise to ensure successful project execution.

This role requires collaboration with IT teams to troubleshoot critical Core Banking application issues, assessing and advising on the inclusion of new modules, features, or customizations in core banking applications.

A key aspect of this position is identifying and developing the 'right talent' within the organization or externally to enhance business process management capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead system requirement analysis and technological solution identification
  • Design new systems for migration from legacy systems
  • Provide technical specification documents for IT Development team
  • Troubleshoot critical Core Banking application issues
  • Assess and advise on new module, feature, or customization inclusion
  • Identify and develop business process management talent

Qualifications:

  • Mid-Senior level experience in project management, information technology, and business development
  • Strong understanding of banking, IT services, IT consulting, and technology industries
