Role Description

Mandarin Oriental Muscat invites applications for a skilled Pasty Chef to oversee the Main Pastry & Bakery Production Kitchens, ensuring seamless coordination with outlets and implementing effective strategies to drive food quality improvements.

The successful candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional pastry experiences and maintaining high standards of food quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Restaurant Managers and Executive Chef to develop innovative menu concepts and promotions.
  • Maintain high standards of recipe accuracy, presentation, and preparation in accordance with Executive Chef guidelines.
  • Monitor ingredient quality and consistency, supporting Point of Sale (POS) accuracy and menu setup.
  • Lead, train, and schedule the team effectively, aligning with labor budgets and business volume.
