AIG's Claims Team: We are looking to expand our team in Oman and are seeking a highly skilled Senior Motor Claims Adjuster to work with us.

In this role, you will be responsible for examining damaged vehicles, investigating losses, and managing policyholders/insured drivers, TP claimants, workshops, and business partners. Additional key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, delivering best-in-class assistance to insureds, and ensuring accurate and timely reserves for each claim handled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate losses and examine damaged vehicles.\
  • Manage policyholders/insured drivers, TP claimants, workshops, and business partners.\
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure delivery of existing service level agreements.\
  • Deliver best-in-class assistance to insureds throughout the claims process.\
  • Supervise motor claims surveyors to ensure service delivery of the Oman claims department.\
  • Maintain close coordination with agencies, garages, and brokers.\
  • Responsible for reducing the average cost per claim by negotiating discounts with agencies and garages.\\/ul\
Requirements: Degree qualified, the ideal candidate will have experience as an auto surveyor with a multinational organization, preferably with Arabic language skills.
