Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring suitable candidates from around the globe in a fast-paced environment. This role involves identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • To source suitable candidates through various methods including online platforms, direct approach, LinkedIn, and recruitment agencies.
  • Liaising directly with hiring managers on requirements and ensuring seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinating interviews and ensuring that all recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Managing background checks for appropriate positions and monitoring Omanisation requirements.
  • Setting up interviews either telephonically or face-to-face and providing timely feedback to candidates.
  • Managing the offer process in line with company policies and procedures.

Mobilisations:

  • Working closely with the project HR Generalist to ensure smooth transitions of candidates from recruitment to onboarding.

Government Relations:

  • Ongoing liaison with government relations teams to understand any visa restrictions and provide guidance on compliance.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

- A minimum of 8 years' international recruitment experience.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels of the organization, including senior management.

- Ability to proactively identify and address issues.

- Experience in SAP and applicant tracking systems, ideally Taleo.

- Knowledge of Omani laws and Omanisation is essential.
