Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transactions Coordinator to join our team at Hyatt. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions within our finance department.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Transaction Processing: Ensure all financial transactions are accurately processed in a timely manner.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll support, and financial reporting.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare daily revenue reports, ensure all transactions are properly recorded, and maintain an accurate aging report.
  • Compliance: Ensure all financial processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
