We're seeking a Junior Project Manager to drive this initiative forward.

The successful candidate will have a solid academic background in science, software engineering, or information technology, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure programs and projects are delivered within schedule, scope, cost, and resource expectations.
  2. Support the identification of key technical and project risks and issues, and actively implement mitigating actions.
  3. Maintain a strong customer focus and collaborate with all key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  4. Assist in conducting regular status meetings and business reviews with customers.
  5. Support the delivery schedule of critical third-party deliverables for the project.
  6. Advocate for appropriate technologies from our portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional academic record from high school and university.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical field or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path.
  • Confidence to respectfully speak up, exchange feedback, and share ideas openly.
  • A track record of exceeding expectations to achieve outstanding results.
  • Passion for technology demonstrated through personal projects and initiatives.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
  • Appreciation for diversity, politeness, and effectiveness in a multi-cultural, multi-national organization.
  • Thoughtfulness and self-motivation.
  • Result-oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments.
  • Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks.
