Resort Support Specialist

Sustainability, wellness, and extraordinary experiences are at the core of our operations. As a Resort Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring these pillars are safeguarded and that all team members have full knowledge and active participation in our brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily arrivals according to occupancy reports in coordination with the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Assist guests with special needs and requirements.
  • Stock supply trolleys with required room supplies for each shift.
  • Replace supplies in rooms, such as stationery, guest amenities, and information about hotel services and facilities.
  • Remove furniture, curtains, and fixtures requiring repair or replacement.
  • Change bed linen with clean sheets and pillowcases according to resort policies.
  • Prioritize details, style, and overall appearance of all areas.
  • Operate and maintain equipment carefully, taking responsibility for its condition.
  • Provide turn-down service according to standards, including re-stocking the minibar.
  • Maintain and exceed guidelines and standards of service and operation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar operational role. A hospitality diploma or degree from a recognized hospitality institution is preferred.
  • Technical skills include proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), familiarity with hotel systems, and good understanding of scheduling, cleaning procedures, chemicals, and surfaces.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, ability to live in a remote location for extended periods, and willingness to travel independently.
