We are seeking a dedicated Business Consultant to help schools and educational institutions successfully implement our ERP solutions.

This role requires extensive travel, ensuring on-site support and successful deployment.

You will have a key role in promoting and selling our software ERP solutions designed specifically for schools.

Your primary goal will be to increase market share, drive revenue growth, and establish long-term partnerships with educational institutions across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
  • B Wilkinson strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as school administrators, principals, and department heads.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our software ERP solutions to potential customers.
  • Understand client needs and customize the ERP system accordingly.
  • Configure key modules like student information, admissions, scheduling, attendance, and grading.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Provide on-site training to users, helping them maximize the ERP system's benefits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during implementation.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.

Requirements:

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for on-site client visits.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in ERP implementation (preferably in education).
  • Understanding of school workflows and processes (a plus).
  • Ability to configure and customize ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
