Job Description
We are looking for Omani Sales representatives. Requirements include a set of interpersonal skills, such as effective communication, persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving. Requirements also include good product knowledge (paints), the ability to build relationships with customers, organizational skills, and hold a private vehicle driver's license and his/her own car.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Product Knowledge:
- You must have a comprehensive knowledge of different types of paints, their properties, uses, and how they compare to competitors' products.
- Communication and Persuasion Skills:
- The ability to speak with customers in a clear and understandable manner, listen to their needs, and convince them that the products are the right solution for them.
Negotiation Skills:
- Ability to negotiate prices and sales terms to successfully close deals.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions in urgent or difficult situations.
Presentation Skills:
- Ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations that explain the benefits of paints in an engaging manner to customers.
Experience and Qualifications:
Work Experience:
- Previous sales experience is preferred (5 years), preferably in the paints or similar products sector (building material).
Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business or any related field is required.
Self-Motivation and Passion:
- A passionate and driven personality to achieve desired sales goals.
Organizational Skills:
- Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
Relationship Building:
- Ability to build strong, professional relationships with customers to maintain their loyalty.

Operational Requirements:
- A valid driver's license
- Private Car: The representative is required to have his own car.
Computer Proficiency:

وصف الوظيفة:
نبحث عن ممثلين مبيعات عُمانيين. تشمل المتطلبات مجموعة من المهارات الشخصية مثل: التواصل الفعّال، الإقناع، التفاوض، وحل المشكلات. كما تتضمن المتطلبات معرفة جيدة بالمنتج (الدهانات)، والقدرة على بناء علاقات مع العملاء، ومهارات تنظيمية، بالإضافة إلى امتلاك رخصة قيادة مركبة خاصة وسيارة خاصة به/بها.
المهارات والمعرفة:
معرفة المنتج:
يجب أن تكون لديك معرفة شاملة بأنواع الدهانات المختلفة، خصائصها، استخداماتها، وكيفية مقارنتها بمنتجات المنافسين.
مهارات التواصل والإقناع:
القدرة على التحدث مع العملاء بشكل واضح ومفهوم، الاستماع إلى احتياجاتهم، وإقناعهم بأن المنتجات هي الحل الأنسب لهم.
مهارات التفاوض:
القدرة على التفاوض بشأن الأسعار وشروط البيع لإتمام الصفقات بنجاح.
مهارات حل المشكلات:
القدرة على التعامل مع اعتراضات العملاء وتقديم الحلول المناسبة في المواقف العاجلة أو الصعبة.
مهارات العرض:
القدرة على إعداد وتقديم عروض جذابة تشرح فوائد الدهانات بطريقة مشوقة للعملاء.
الخبرة والمؤهلات:
الخبرة العملية:
يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في المبيعات (5 سنوات)، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع الدهانات أو المنتجات المماثلة (مواد البناء).
المؤهلات التعليمية:
مطلوب دبلوم أو درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
الدافعية والشغف:
شخصية متحمسة وملتزمة لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات المرجوة.
المهارات التنظيمية:
القدرة على إدارة الوقت وتحديد الأولويات بفعالية.
بناء العلاقات:
القدرة على بناء علاقات مهنية قوية مع العملاء للحفاظ على ولائهم.
التعامل مع الضغط:
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بتحقيق الأهداف المحددة.
المتطلبات التشغيلية:
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
- سيارة خاصة: يشترط أن يمتلك الممثل سيارته الخاصة.
إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي:
معرفة جيدة بالبرامج الأساسية مثل MS Office وأنظمة ERP مثل SAP و IFS ضرورية لإعداد التقارير والعمل على أنظمة المبيعات.
