About You

A successful Service advisor will be detail-oriented, have extensive mechanical knowledge and display great physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their service needs.
  • Prepare job cards and explain repair details clearly.
  • Coordinate with technicians and monitor job progress.
  • Provide accurate service quotations and updates.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-service follow-up.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor (preferably in 4x4 or automotive workshops).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good technical knowledge of vehicles (Jeep experience preferred).
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Must be organized, proactive, and reliable.
  • Organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
