The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Record all customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Follow up on pending requests or unresolved cases.
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with customers at all times.
  • Identify recurring issues and report them to the relevant department.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Support company service standards and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
  • Patient, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
