  1. Provides day-to-day supervision of activities including training, manpower planning, motivation, and performance evaluation of sales representatives;
  2. Directs the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc., and evaluates data to ensure area goals are met;
  3. Ensures sales objectives are met within Madi International strategies and maintains coordination with other departments;
  4. Accompanies sales rep on calls where appropriate, and contributes to training of less experienced sales representatives;
  5. Provides technical advice to sales Team;
  6. Independently prepares sales contracts, and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions;
  1. Communicates new products and service opportunities;
  2. Proposes special sales activities to reduce stock;
  3. Establishes positive relationships and maintains rapport for continuous business process.
  4. Follows up the preparation and delivery of statement of accounts to clients.
  5. Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager.
  1. Generates and escalates periodic and requested reports on changes in the market condition, competitive activities, and client preference/needs ensuring accuracy and timely delivery;
  2. Respects all of the companys internal rules, policies and procedures;
  3. Assists in carrying out Annual Appraisals for subordinates;
  4. Analyzes and fills all required reports on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly bases;
  5. Sets a good example regarding punctuality, hygiene, attendance and attitude;
