Role Description

A Client Servicing & Account Manager at a marketing agency is responsible for leading client meetings to understand goals and gather briefs, then clearly communicating these requirements to the in-house creative and production teams. They coordinate timelines, ensure all deliverables are executed according to client expectations, and follow up closely on progress. They act as the main point of contact, handling feedback, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success. They also manage reporting, approvals, and overall project flow from start to final delivery.

Qualifications

. Previous experience in
client servicing, account management, marketing, or agency roles
.

. Strong communication and organizational skills.

. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.

. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

. High level of professionalism and client handling.
