Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Exhibition Coordinator, based in Muscat. The Exhibition Coordinator will oversee the end-to-end management of exhibition projects, planning, and coordinating booth design, production, and event logistics. Daily responsibilities include liaising with clients to understand their requirements, collaborating with internal teams on design creation, managing project timelines, and ensuring high-quality execution. The role also involves coordinating with vendors, supervising on-site installations, and addressing challenges to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Experience in exhibit design and creating visually compelling exhibition booths.
  • Proficiency in project management and attention to detail to meet deadlines and ensure flawless execution.
  • Knowledge in event management and arts administration to oversee logistics and creative aspects of exhibitions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve in dynamic environments, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the design and exhibition industry standards, trends, and best practices is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Arts, Design, or a related field is preferred.
