Operational:

  1. Design and deliver engaging educational programs for children, adults, families, and special interest groups.
  2. Oversee the development of interactive learning experiences that maximize visitor engagement.
  3. Enhance and promote the museum's library resources for public use.
  4. Collaborate with external partners, corporations, and industry leaders on cultural and learning initiatives.
  5. Develop outreach strategies to connect with communities, schools, and institutions.
  6. Foster partnerships with cultural organizations to expand audience reach.
  7. Organize and execute public events (seminars, workshops, lectures, performances).
  8. Manage logistics for cultural and educational programs, ensuring smooth operations.
  9. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Institute programs.
  10. Oversee creation of educational materials (brochures, newsletters, online content).
  11. Conduct research and evaluation of programs to ensure continuous improvement.
  12. Manage departmental budgets efficiently to achieve objectives.
  13. Lead and support staff/volunteers involved in cultural and educational activities.
  14. Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Museum Studies, Cultural Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in cultural, educational, or museum institutions.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic planning and project management experience.
  • Ability to build partnerships and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of cultural engagement and educational program development.
