BION Genetic Laboratory is seeking a
dynamic and scientifically oriented Marketing Manager
to lead our outreach and educational campaigns across Oman and the GCC region.

This role bridges
science and communication
, ideal for professionals who can translate complex genetic concepts into meaningful messages for physicians and healthcare institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for advanced genetic services (NIPT, PGT, WES, HLA, Cancer & Women's Health panels).
  • Organize scientific seminars, CME events, and digital campaigns targeting hospitals and IVF centers.
  • Collaborate closely with the management and scientific team to ensure medically accurate communication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key doctors and decision-makers in the healthcare field.
  • Manage marketing content, publications, and social media presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master degree in marketing
    , Biomedical Sciences, Genetics, or Biotechnology
    .
  • Strong understanding of healthcare or laboratory marketing.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Experience in B2B or medical sector marketing preferred.
  • Creative, organized, and passionate about healthcare innovation.
