Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Muscat for a Sales Development Manager. The role involves overseeing sales operations and driving lead generation initiatives, managing a team to achieve sales targets, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and monitoring market trends to identify new business opportunities. While the role is based in Muscat, some remote work flexibility is available.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Communication and building client relationships
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Operations, including strategy development and execution
  • Skilled in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities
  • Strong Team Management and leadership capabilities
  • Proven ability to work in a hybrid (on-site and remote) work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of or experience in the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) industry is an advantage
  • Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
