Job Description

· Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cash & Bank, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition.

· Timely Billing and follow up with Debtors.

· Process Salary, F&F payments, Vendor Payments, Utility & Loan Payments on time.

· Prepare and publish timely monthly MIS Reports.

· Support month-end and year-end close process.

· Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

· Reconciliations of Books, Vendor & Customer reconciliation.

· Coordinate and preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.

· Feasibility studies and reports for new tenders & arranging Tender and Performance guarantee from bank.

· Cash flow Analysis and reporting.

· Promote group mission, vision and demonstrate corporate values.

· Ensure that all activities are being performed in accordance with approved systems and procedures.

· Efficient use of company resources & contribute towards better environment.
