Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Event Sales Manager, based in Muscat, Oman. The Senior Event Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and creating tailored event solutions. Additional responsibilities include leading sales strategies, negotiating contracts, liaising with operational teams to ensure seamless execution, and meeting revenue targets while delivering outstanding client service.
Qualifications
- Proven sales expertise in event management and client relationship development
- Strong skills in sales strategy, negotiation, and revenue generation
- Experience in collaborating with operational teams for event planning and execution
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
- Relevant experience or knowledge in lighting, sound, video, and projection technology is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
