Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative based in Muscat. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing sales operations, meeting sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, and working closely with the distribution and retail teams to enhance business opportunities. The Executive Sales Representative will also monitor market trends, identify new prospects, and present innovative solutions to meet customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, distribution networks, and retail operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, generate compelling sales strategies, and identify emerging business opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer software
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet sales targets
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is advantageous)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, culturally diverse environment
