Role Purpose

: Bachelor in relevant field

Experience:
8 years of experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work closely with the corporate leadership team to support a wide range of strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, joint ventures, greenfield developments, and disposals
  • Providing recommendation and analysis to GM, CFO, Senior Management, and Board of Directors
  • Responsible for day-to-day M&A project management and coordination including due diligence, valuations, and internal communication
  • Provide support for critical deal processes including negotiations and structuring
  • Communicate and coordinate continuously with the internal deal teams and senior management
  • Interface with external advisors including investment banks, accountants, legal counsels etc.
  • Assist in development and implementation of Group business development strategy and projects
  • Identify material business and partnership opportunities for new ventures, joint ventures, and strategic alliances
  • Manage end to end business development process including idea generation, project structuring, contracts and partnerships, feasibility studies and execution
  • Manage and interface with internal cross functional project teams to ensure delivery against plans and targets
