The Project Executive is responsible for 
managing and delivering marketing and advertising projects,
 analyzing challenges, and ensuring smooth coordination with the internal GW team. The focus is on meeting client objectives, strengthening their digital presence, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations for multiple client projects.
  • Develop effective project strategies aligned with client goals and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with content creators and design teams for timely deliverables.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all project outputs.
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms.
  • Monitor performance through analytics tools and provide detailed reports.
  • Organize regular team check-ins to track progress.
  • Manage sponsored content and advertising on social platforms.
  • Stay informed of digital and marketing trends to enhance project results.
  • Assist in live event coverage and social media support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
     in project management, preferably in marketing or events.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts.
  • Familiarity with social media tools like Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite.
  • Strong understanding of content strategies and the GCC market.
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design is a plus.
