About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Odoo Developer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules, customizations, and integrations. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other developers to deliver scalable and efficient ERP solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    development, customization, and maintenance
    of Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, HR, POS, E Commerce Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain
    custom applications, reports, and dashboards
    .
  • Design and implement
    third-party system integrations
    using Odoo API/Web services.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing Odoo modules for
    performance and reliability
    .
  • Provide
    technical guidance and mentorship
    to junior developers.
  • Work closely with the
    functional/consulting team
    to ensure alignment between technical deliverables and business needs.
  • Maintain
    best practices, coding standards, and version control
    (Git).
  • Participate in
    Odoo upgrades
    and ensure seamless migration from older versions to the latest.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    .
  • 3+ years of experience
    in Odoo development (preferably Odoo 14+ up to latest versions).
  • Strong knowledge of
    Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb reports
    .
  • Solid experience in
    custom module development, API integration, and Odoo framework
    .
  • Familiarity with
    , Odoo Studio, and deployment processes
    .
  • Experience with
    Linux, Docker, and server management
    is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to
    work independently
    .
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Odoo Certification (V16, V17, or V18).
  • Experience in
    enterprise-level Odoo implementations
    .
  • Knowledge of
    front-end frameworks
    (React, , or Angular).
