Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager in Masqaţ, Oman. The Retail Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth store management and the delivery of excellent customer service. Responsibilities include leading the store team, optimizing customer satisfaction, implementing retail strategies, and managing loss prevention to safeguard the performance and reputation of the store.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience and expertise in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Effective Communication skills to lead teams, interact with customers, and manage vendor relationships
  • Proficiency in Store Management, including day-to-day operations and strategic planning
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and minimize risks
  • Ability to build and maintain a motivated team and achieve organizational objectives
  • Proven problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in retail management is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
