Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced 
Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-Out)
 to manage project costing, estimation, and budgeting, with a focus on 
MEP, HVAC, and joinery/woodworking
. You'll work closely with our design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed
    Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
    for civil, interior, MEP, HVAC, and joinery works.
  • Conduct
    cost estimation
    , budget planning, and cost reporting throughout project phases.
  • Support
    tendering and procurement
    , evaluating subcontractor quotations, and ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Manage
    contracts, variations, and final accounts
    in line with project standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver accurate forecasting and commercial advice.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
    .
  • 5+ years of experience
    in Interior Fit-Out QS (Gulf experience preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of
    MEP, HVAC, and joinery/wooden works
    .
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX
    , or similar estimation tools.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with
    FIDIC contracts
    is an advantage.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
