Job Title: Salesman (Senior Level) – MEP Projects & Products

Job Location: Sultanate of Oman

Job Summary:

The Senior Salesman will be responsible for driving sales and business development for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) projects and related products. The role involves identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities for MEP contracting and product supply.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
  • Sales Strategy: Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Product Promotion: Promote MEP-related products such as HVAC equipment, ducting, pumps, valves, fittings, cables, lighting, and plumbing materials.
  • Quotation & Tendering: Prepare and submit quotations, technical offers, and tender documents in coordination with the engineering team.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure projects and product orders.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to enhance business performance.
  • Coordination: Liaise with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Maintain updated sales reports, client databases, and forecast plans for management review.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets through consistent effort and strategic planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters / Bachelor's Degree equivalent in Sales & Marketing.
  • 5–8 years of sales experience in MEP contracting, HVAC, or building material products (Oman experience preferred).
  • Proven track record in project and product sales within the construction sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and materials.
  • Valid Oman Driving Licence – Mandatory.
