JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Forecasting, Budgeting & PlanningMarket mapping and creating sales strategiesResponsible for new business developmentMaintain and strengthen the relationship with Channel Partners, with the regular liaison.Work with the sales team in developing and getting business from channel partnersVisit clients, oversee client requirements, oversee solutions offered/product/ price, etc.Lead and effectively conclude commercial negotiations with new clientsEnsure receivables and inventory are as per the budgeted normsResponsible for credit collection from credit customersSupervise sales team members and drive business efficienciesMaintaining delivery day schedule with the help of proper route planning & area division etc.Implementation & monitoring of sales devices & daily sales, to avoid any discrepancy & malpractice.Guide sales team members in the closure of deals, handling of complex issues/cases, and offering solutionsCompetition mapping and Market IntelligenceHave a clear focus on important channels and build Distribution, Visibility, and volumes.Identify target accounts and sales pitch segments with a complete product range. Build a strong relationship with each of the Key AccountsTo achieve Sales Target, Turnover & Profit targetsResult-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivatedSkills: 10 to 15 Years of proven work experience as a Sales Manager in the FMCG Industry in GCC (Preferably with previous work experience in a water company in GCC)Fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Arabic speaking is a plus point.Experience managing a high-performance sales teamShould have the ability to build a new sales team and maintain the existing sales teamAn ability to understand and analyze sales performance metricsSolid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skillsStrong communication and team management skillsAnalytical skills with a problem-solving attitudeSales Supervision and analysis skillsStrategic planning abilitiesStrong communication and motivation skillsAbility to Remain Calm Under PressureDisciplined and well organizedQualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, MBA PreferredRemuneration & Reporting: Reporting to: General ManagerSalary Range: 800 to 1000 OMR (As per experience & capability)Medical Insurance & Group Life/WC will be providedAnnual Paid leave for 30 days & Return Air Ticket to the home country would be given once a year.Age limit for the ideal candidate for this role: 35 to 45 yearsWorking days: 6 days a week with Friday OFF.Job Location: Al Khoud, Muscat, Oman (Omani Employment Visa will be provided) Job Type: Full-time Salary: RO800.000 - RO1,000.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Do you have 10 to 15 Years of proven work experience as a Sales Manager in the FMCG Industry in the GCC??Do you have previous work experience in a Mineral Water company in GCC?Salary Range: 800 to 1000 OMR (As per experience & capability) Do you agree on this salary budget?
