Job Description
  • Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensuring adherence to the Sustainability Plan through routine activities that promote compliance with ESG commitments and support sustainable development in the supply chain.
  • Achieve monthly volume targets as per specified mobile targets.
  • Meet distribution targets category-wise and according to coverage plans of the designated route potential.
  • Ensure overdue collections and DSO are within company requirements.
  • Manage strike rate, MSL, and RTM effectively as per organizational standards.
  • Maintain proper discipline in customer accounts and cash management without deviations.
Academic Background

University Degree in any stream.

Desirable Requirements
  • Sales skills
  • Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office (advanced)
  • Payment collection skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
Experience

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of FMCG sales experience.
