We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing key client relationships (especially premium clients), and expanding our market presence across Oman.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with premium clients and key accounts
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Conduct market research and stay updated on competitor activities
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure product availability
- Promote new products and ensure visibility in the market
- Conduct field visits and attend client meetings regularly
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of FMCG sales experience in Oman
- Currently residing in Oman and available to join immediately
- Valid Omani Driving License is mandatory
- Proven ability to handle high-value and premium clients
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
