Job DescriptionComply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promote compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the monthly volumes are achieved as per the specified mobile targets.
- Achieve distribution targets category-wise and as per coverage targets of specified route potential.
- Ensure overdue collections and DSO are achieved well within company requirements.
- Manage the strike rate / MSL and RTM as per organizational requirements.
- Maintain proper discipline on customer accounts and money management without any deviations.
University Degree in any stream.
- Sales skills.
- Communication skills, with good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Computer skills, especially in Excel.
- Payment collection skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office advanced version.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of FMCG experience in Sales.
