JOB PURPOSE: To achieve the agreed financial & non-financial agreed Alphamed Oman Objectives

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Increasing the sales funnel & improve market access.
  2. Achieve agreed yearly & Monthly topline sales.
  3. Achieve agreed yearly & Monthly Gross margin sales.
  4. Arrange & quote efficiently all RFQ's, local & international Oman tenders.
  5. Laise with direct manager best quoting price.
  6. Provide full due diligence on the assigned items portfolio.
  7. Evaluate & provide full feasibility cases on new Principals & Items acquired.
  8. Reaching new principals & partnership after communicating effectively.
  9. Full coverage of different Medlab assigned by direct manager.
  10. Account coverage (All Stakeholders) on the assigned area.
  11. Approaching agreed customers & stalk holders to promote agreed principals' items.
  12. After sales follow-ups with stake holders.
  13. Regular monthly visits for stakeholders for application training.
  14. Spread educational knowledge for end users pertains instruments.
  15. Provide daily/ weekly/ monthly reports upon request.
  16. Market & competitors' analysis of Oman.
  17. Align with the reporting manager on daily tasks.
  18. Respond for end customers calls & enquiries.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum Qualification: Biomedical Engineer/ Related Bachelor Certificate
  • Minimum Experience:4 years in the same field

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  • Job Specific: Technical Knowledge, End Customers Knowledge, Market & Competitors Knowledge
  • Generic Skills: Sales techniques, leadership, Geographical accounts knowledge.
